For commuters, e-bike riders, and everyday city cyclists, the goal isn't to copy the low, aerodynamic position of a racing cyclist. It's to find a position that feels comfortable while still giving you stable control of the bike and a clear view of what's happening around you.
A useful cycling position should let you pedal naturally, reach your brakes easily, look ahead without constantly straining your neck, and respond comfortably when traffic changes.
